Xpelair’s Carbonlite fan range goes commercial

Xpelair, commercial ventilation fan

The first range in Xpelair’s Carbonlite commercial family of fans is the GX EC3 range. Fans in this range have been specifically designed to reduce carbon emissions and aid compliance with the latest Building Regulations. They use the latest advances in motor technology and feature the Ultra EC motor, which is one of the most efficient on the market.

Available in 6 and 9 in options, all fans have actuated thermo backdraught shutters to protect against noise and draught, finger guards for increased safety and a sleek new grille for improved aesthetic appeal.

Variations include the GX6 EC3 2-speed extract fan, the GX6 EC3R single-speed intake or extract model, Xpelair’s first such fan, and the multi-speed GX9 EC3, which can be controlled using Xpelair’s MS2 offering.

Anna Lovelock, strategic alliance manager, says, ‘The GX EC3 range complies with and exceeds the requirements of the sections of the Building Regulations that govern ventilation quality, making them ideal for both new-build and retrofit installations.’
