Rehau modular manifold is fast and easy to install

Rehau’s Raugeo Click modular manifold system is designed for use with all the company’s ground-source pipework. It can be used with any PE or PE-Xa pipe from d20 to d50. The module body can rotate through 90° so it can be operated on both sides to meet the requirements of virtually any site of project.

This manifold system has an internal diameter of 65 mm, which is larger than traditional manifolds — which reduces pressure losses, thereby increasing system efficiency, even in applications with a high flow rate.

Raugeo Click has a lower thermal conductivity than manifolds in PE100, which is an advantage in heat-pump systems where every degree is vital to overall performance.

Specifically designed push fittings enable brine-circuit connections to be made quickly without special tools.

Flow rate is regulated by a flow meter and ball valve integrated into the body of the module. Fittings are transparent so that visual checks can be made on the pipe to ensure it is fitted correctly.

Units can be built on site or ordered factory pre-assembled, including pressure testing and certification.
