Grundfos Pumps has received a Green Apple Award for the built environment, having competed against over 500 other nominations. The award was presented at The Crystal in London and acknowledges the extensive building environmental improvements Grundfos has made to its offices in Leighton Buzzard.

The Green Apple Awards began in 1994 and have become established as major recognition in the UK for environmental endeavour among companies., councils communities and countries. They are organised by The Green Organisation — an independent, non-political, non-activist, non-profit group dedicated to recognising and promoting environmental best practice.
