Cofathec offers to Optimise energy management

Cofathec’s Optimise energy-management service encompasses every aspect of energy management from administration and management through to plant operation, control and 24 hour monitoring to the procurement and supply of energy. The Optimise service has been devised to minimise the effects of new legislation and rising energy costs. Each contract is tailored to the needs of a building, with projected savings based on the specific conditions at each site. Simon Matthews, head of Cofathec’s energy division, explains, ‘Optimise is focused on reducing energy consumption rather than just energy costs, so that overheads are minimised irrespective of fluctuations in fuel prices. It brings together all the facets of our energy-management expertise in a single package.’
