Sanha pipe systems help to meet tight deadline

Sanha, pipe, pipework, press fitting

Helping to meet a non-negotiable and very tight deadline for the installation of plumbing services at a school in west London was the choice of Sanha fittings and tools. The project was for the PE and science building of Sacred Heart High School, with Rossair being the M&E installation contractor.

To help the project go smoothly, Sanha’s technical sales manager Dave Lancaster provided Rossair’s installers with on-site training — a 31-point programme to inform and update installers on material performance and installation techniques associated with Sanha systems. The project utilised copper pipes and press fittings.

Nick Jennings, project manager for Rossair, said, ‘The Sanha products and tools are exceptional, as long as you know how to use them properly. Dave took us through all the products, installation tips and tricks and health and safety when using the press tools.

‘Although the price is higher than conventional fittings, it’s better in the long run. The Sanha products go in more quickly and are easier to inspect and manage.’

The Sanha products were supplied by Smith Brothers out of Southampton.
