Capitol pump solution

Grundfos Pumps

The redevelopment of the site of the Capitol Theatre in Aberdeen to provide 7000 m2 of office space includes a full range of pump solutions from Grundfos, working in partnership with consultant TUV SUD and contractor Emtec Building Services.

The facade of the Category B listed building dating from the 1930s has been retained. Behind the facade are 12 storeys of prime office space.

The Grundfos pump solution will support all the HVAC requirements, as well as meeting the water-boosting demands of its expected 700 occupants — while reducing energy consumption by 67%.
