CP Electronics takes control of lighting in office development

Published:  03 September, 2015

CP electronics, lighting, control

Flexible and reliable control of lighting for the Blyth Workspace office complex in Northumberland is provided by adjustable-head microwave detectors from CP Electronics. Managed by Arch, a development company in Northumberland, this highly efficient new build consists of 2000 m2 of managed offices in a striking quayside location on the River Blyth between the Port of Blyth and Narec (National Renewable Energy Centre).

MWS3A-PRM microwave detectors were used throughout offices and corridors as they offer sensitive presence/absence detection by using an adjustable head to allow for precise detection. By changing the angle, different detection patterns are achieved to suit the specific applications. These detectors are self contained.

The Blyth Workshop development has been designed to provide larger office space if required in the future. The flexibility of CP’s controls allows for a very quick and easy refit of any area of the building.
