Major Bristol office project gets go ahead

Planning consent has been granted for The Anvil, a new landmark office development in Bristol’s Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone. The scheme will provide 7730 m2 of grade A office accommodation over seven floors and is designed by HKR Architects. It is close to Temple Meads railway station and will provide a major boost to Bristol’s office market.

Sustainable features include significant reduction in CO2 emissions, improved indoor air quality. low internal noise levels and onsite generation of renewable energy.
