Suspended luminaires include acoustic insulation

Foil
Better lighting and better acoustics — Whitecroft’s suspended Foil luminaires incorporate acoustic insulation.
Acoustic panels are incorporated into the Foil suspended luminaire system from Whitecroft Lighting to solve the problem of poor acoustics that is often associated with suspended ceilings. Light control is achieved using the Living Louvre vacuum-metalised louvre blade to distribute light in multiple directions with a shimmer effects. These luminaires also use conduits to incorporate wiring for other electrical services. There are three cable channels, one for lighting and two for other services. As a project-specific special, the luminaire can be modified to incorporate specific items such as smoke detectors and loudspeakers.
