Cascading work project for SES

SES
As part of a £2 million M&E contract at the Cascades Shopping Centre in Portsmouth, SES is undertaking comprehensive enabling works, including removing the existing outdated plant, equipment and ductwork. SES is working with principal contractor Henry Jones to complete an extensive 18-month, £20 million redevelopment of the ground and lower floors and is working closely with consultants and the centre’s management team to finalise plans for the project and ensure the day-to-day running of this shopping centre remains unaffected. SES Southern Region is responsible for completing the design, installation and commissioning of all services to the new wing, which will include a new shopping quarter with mixed-use retail units and a new food court with mezzanine-level terrace.
