Inviron helps deliver energy-efficient offices in Gateshead

Services for these two bespoke office blocks in Gateshead are being installed by Inviron.
Inviron has just started working on the installation of M&E services for two 11-storey 14 000 m2 bespoke office buildings at the Baltic Place development in Gateshead Quays in Gateshead. A key requirement of the buildings will be achieving a BREEAM excellent rating. The completion date is June 2008. The project involves air-conditioning, ventilation and heating systems, above-ground drainage and sanitary ware, security systems, IT, intelligent lighting systems, small power, data containment and BMS systems and wiring.
