JS enhances its JetSpray humidifier

JS Humidifiers has added new features to its JetSpray compressed-air and water humidifier. They include a remote user interface, easy commissioning, advanced hygiene technology and an increase in capacity from 300 to 600 l/h. The JetSpray system feeds compressed air and water to rows of nozzles to produce sprays just 7.5 µm in size, which evaporate rapidly to humidify the air. The nozzles have a self-cleaning mechanism, so they do not require internal maintenance. The overall system requires very little maintenance — an annual check is often sufficient. Energy consumption is less that a tenth of an equivalent steam system. New automatic flush cycles ensure that no water remains in the system to stagnate. A PureFlo Ag+ silver-ion dosing system is attached to the incoming water supply to prevent microbial build-up; it has a strong residual effect throughout the pipework.
