Roof-top units incorporate energy-saving features

Incorporating energy recovery, free cooling and an air-quality sensor — Ciat Ozonair’s New Space range of roof-top units.
Ciat Ozonair’s New Space range of roof-top units includes an air-quality sensor to adjust fresh-air levels to actual needs and passive energy recovery to transfer energy between incoming and outgoing airstreams. The entire range can also deliver free cooling by drawing in outdoor air during mild weather. They use R410A. Two levels of filtration are available, G4 and F7. There are return and supply air openings on the sides, top and bottom. A smoke detector and fire thermostat immediately active the unit’s smoke-extraction system at the slightest hint of the presence of smoke. Droplet eliminators can be fitted on the fresh-air section and upstream of the cooling coil to remove moisture from the air in high-humidity conditions.
