Vaillant ecoTEC condensing boilers and uniSTOR unvented cylinders were specified for this development of six large luxury apartments in Wolverhampton.
Vaillant’s high-efficiency SEDBUK A rated ecoTEC plus 624 system condensing boilers have been installed in six large apartments for a prestige development in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton. The apartments range from 117 to 127 m2. They all have underfloor heating, intelligent wiring, security cameras, alarms, Sottini sanitary ware and fully equipped kitchens with granite surfaces. There are five with two bedrooms and one with one bedroom. All have two bathrooms and en suite. The Vaillant boilers were installed for Malthouse Construction by S&P Plumbing & Heating and include uniSTOR 210 litre stainless-steel unvented cylinders. Peter Taylor of S&P comments, ‘On this particular occasion our clients actually specified Vaillant boilers because they want to ensure that they were using only the very best appliances and fittings in this exclusive development.’
