‘Good practice guidance for refurbishing occupied buildings’, developed by CIRIA, is aimed at everyone involved in refurbished occupied buildings — including occupants, designers and buildings. It helps to achieve an efficient refurbishment that minimises disruption to business continuity. The guidance includes numerous case studies and responses to frequently asked questions that arise during the refurbishment of occupied buildings.
