Priva adds weather-station sensors to BMS mix

A new range of weather-station sensors from Priva Building Intelligence can capture a range of data for use by a building’s climate-control system. They are designed for use with Priva’s Compri HX controller.

These weather sensors can monitor and measure external temperature, light intensity, precipitation, wind speed and direction, precipitation intensity and external RH.

Information can be used to, for example, control sun blinds and windows.

Managing director Anders Norén believes that adopting Priva’s integrated approach to climate control in buildings will see a quick return on investment. He explains, ‘Reliable measurements of climatic conditions result in energy savings, which is critical for any business.’
