Smart-phone technology boosts contractor’s turnover

Smart-phone technology has helped a local residential and commercial HVAC contractor increase annual turnover by 60%, without an increase in staff. Service Plus bought an iPhone for all its field techs and streamlined their processes for Formstack forms to enable them to quote jobs on site via estimate and order forms on the iPhone and close deals on the spot.

Travel and fuel costs have also been reduced since vehicles can be taken home at night instead of staff having to check into the office at the end of the day and get assignments for the next day.

Formstack is a web application that enables businesses to build web forms and deploy them for collecting secure data online.
