Panasonic puts strong emphasis on training
As part of its investment programme in the UK, Panasonic recently opened its Panasonic Pro Academy aimed at providing contractors, installers and specifiers of heating and cooling systems the opportunity to learn about new products as well as design, installation and commissioning skills. It is kitted out with working units from ECOi VRF, FS Multi and Aquarea systems. The training room also demonstrates the latest innovations to the gas-driven GHP systems and a wide range of controls.
Training and technical manager David Livingstone is running a number of courses of half a day, one day — and longer.
Marc Diaz, UK country manager, says, ‘We are proud to offer this vital support service for our distributors and their customers, as well and consultants and end users too. There is no substitute for practical experience, and our Pro Academy is designed to bridge the gap between textbook theory and hands-on learning. With the development of our online offering, we now provide the industry with the full range of learning routes.’
