JS Wright fits out Fulham Wharf

JS Wright, contractor

JS Wright is installing services for one of London’s biggest mixed-use regeneration schemes in a contract worth around £5.8 million. Barratt London has commissioned the company to provide the mechanical services for the first 267 apartments at Fulham Wharf on the north bank of the River Thames. The first phase of the development is due for completion in December 2015.

The project includes installing all pipework linking an energy centre with heating interface unit in each apartment to provide a low-energy alternative to individual boilers for heating and hot water.

Other work includes underfloor heating, extract ventilation, boosted cold water, sanitation services, sprinklers and dry risers.

Fulham Wharf will eventually comprise 463 riverside apartments, restaurants, cafes and bars, a creche, and a gym.
