Grundfos pumps exceed energy-efficiency target

Grundfos Pumps

Grundfos’s TPE2/TPE3 range of inline pump are extremely energy efficiency and have a Minimum Efficiency Index of 0.70, much better than the 0.40 currently required by legislation. These pumps meet IE4 requirements, even when the energy consumption of the integrated frequency converter is included. Payback is frequently within two years.

These pumps are suitable for a range of applications, including one-string heating systems, heat-recovery systems, boiler shunt pumps and DHW recirculation.
