Briggs & Forrester took full responsibility for co-ordinating the installation of all building services.. The project involved the construction of a new distribution depot and support buildings, including main offices, gymnasium, canteen and kitchen.

Services include warehouse high-velocity ventilation, office ventilation and air conditioning using DX heat-pumps, domestic services, building-management system and extensive underground gas and water services.
