The recent mechanical refurbishment of the sixth-form block of The Kingsley School in Royal Leamington Spa included the installation of new LPHW equipment manufactured by Mikrofill. The work was carried out by Evesham Mechanical Services.

The equipment included Ethos stainless-steel condensing boilers with outputs of 70 and 110 kW, complete with ancillaries and factory-commissioned pressurisation packages.

These boilers have a seasonal efficiency in excess of 96% and provide LPHW to the block serving various areas, including the food-technology area.

The new mechanical works were designed by services consultant Bennett Williams.
