Cofathec acquires Energy Services

Energy and facilities provider Cofathec has acquired Energy Services Ltd as part of its strategic expansion in the energy-management market. The acquisition of ESL, which is based in Halesowen, will boost Cofathec’s turnover by £5 million and bring in 17 more staff members. Richard Derry, chief executive of Cofathec Heatsave, says, ‘ESL operates a range of highly successful energy-management contracts in the private and public sectors, including a major PFI.’ |
