Keraflo is acquired by Davidson Holdings

Keraflo, which specialises in delayed-action float valves for water tanks in commercial applications, has been bought by Davidson Holdings. Davidson also owns Cistermiser, which specialises in flush controls for urinals. Keraflo’s Aylesbury range of valves meets the requirements of the Water Regulations and is used to provide a better solution than a traditional ballcock. Aylesbury valves eliminate stratification in cold-water storage tanks and also reduce the risk of legionella contamination and noise caused by traditional valves.
