Among benefits compared with sheet-metal ducting is single-fix installation, eliminating the need for second-fix lagging to yield savings in time and cost. KoolDuct is also only about 15% of the weight of equivalent galvanised steel and can be installed flush to the ceiling, typically saving 150 to 200 mm.
