Cooper Lighting & Security has produced a new guide to central battery systems. It is aimed at anyone involved in specifying emergency lighting for medium or large installations. This 12-page A4 publication outlines the key benefits of central battery systems and then goes on to describe key system features and how automatic testing simplifies compliance with legal obligations. Other sections provide detailed technical specifications of Cooper’s static inverters, an explanation of typical display indicators and advice for selecting the correct size of unit. This guide is illustrated throughout with photographs and diagrams.
