Glow-worm introduces range of solar thermal products

Glow-worm’s Clearly Solar range is based on flat-plate solar collectors to generate domestic hot water.
Glow-worm is entering the solar market with a range of products branded Clearly Solar. There are four products in the range. A pressurised flat-plat solar collector achieves an efficiency of nearly 82% and comes with a 10-year warranty. Twin-coil unvented cylinders have capacities of 200, 250 and 300 litres and can be used in open-vent or sealed systems. A digital solar power controller has a clear graphic display screen and three channels for auxiliary heating and sensors for hot water and temperature. The fourth product is the solar pump station — a pump with a 6 m head with integral flow meter, filling and non-return valves, temperature and pressure gauges and expansion-vessel connection. Clearly Solar is available with one, two or three panels — with pipework kits, twin-coil cylinders and all other accessories acquired as necessary for particular installations.
