IES completes development of Energy Certificates software

Integrated Environmental Solutions CLG-approved EPC software is now available with the release of v5.8.2 of its . This updated version incorporates the latest version of SBEM (v3.1.a), so it can generate life Energy Performance Certificates with an XML message valid for lodgement — as well as the associated recommendations report. The interface to SBEM uses a model-based input method that makes data assignment quick and easy. IES’s ,VE Compliance> module makes it possible to produce non-dwelling EPCs for England and Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
