Ledaire introduces new extract hoods for commercial kitchens

The latest range of extract canopies from Ledaire extends from the simple condense hood through to custom-built supply/extract type, complete with lights and fire-suppression systems. These hoods extract grease-laden air, steam and fumes and supply air at the correct positions to provide a comfortable environment. Individually adjustable air-supply nozzles can provide cooling at hot working areas. Energy-saving systems can be enhanced by incorporating induced-air hoods, which use only about 20% of the volume of air exhausted from the kitchen — the rest being air from outside.
