Inviron fits out new offices for Manchester law firm

Inviron

Inviron’s M&E fit-out of an office building in the Spinningfields business district of Manchester will involve a 500 t crane being used to lift and position new plant, including an air-handling unit and generator, on the roof.

The office space in 3 Hardman Street comprises 3250 m2 over two floors and will be occupied by international law firm Pinsent Masons as it relocates following the expansion of its Manchester business.

Other work includes new lighting, power, fire-alarm system, heating, ventilation and a building-management system.

Eddie Marginson, general manager of Inviron Building Systems North West, commented, ‘The logistics of the crane lift will lead to some road closures in the vicinity of the buildings. However, we have previous experience and can therefore ensure that disruption to the public will be kept to a minimum.
