Shower combines safety and style features
Rada’s V12 shower and diverter range is suitable for healthcare, leisure and multi-residential applications. Among its safety features is the use of Insutech technology to reduce the temperature of the hot inlet so there is no risk of accidental scalding. Water temperature is controlled by a TMV3-approved thermostatic mixing valve.
The ergonomic design includes a sequential controller that requires only a light touch, easier to use for those with reduced grip, which rotates around a fixed temperature ring with clear, permanent graphics.
Healthcare guidelines recommend that showers are serviced every six months. For ease of maintenance, the filters in these showers can be reached without having to remove the valve from the wall, and the single-piece cartridge can be replaced in just a few minutes.
Installation can be as surface-mounted or built-in. Outlet can be from top or bottom. A comprehensive range of fittings enable it to be installed as a fixed shower head or flexible shower kit without reversing the body.
The V12 diverter enables the user to switch between shower heads, such as a fixed head and a hand-held unit, for applications such as assisted showering.
