EPDs for SAS suspended ceilings

SAS International claims to be the first manufacturer to produce ISO 14025 Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for its entire range of suspended-ceiling systems to BS EN 15804. 15 individual EPDs cover over 145 different grid and acoustic backing options.

SAS contracted engineering and design consultancy Atkins to complete the EPDs. The company’s metal ceiling also meet good-practice measures for suspended ceilings for SKA offices and retail.
