Xpelair’s Carbonlite fan goes commercial

Xpelair, ventilation, commercial

Xpelair has added a 12 in commercial fan to its Carbonlite range. Improved styling gives greater aesthetic appeal, and these fans are designed to be among the most efficient on the market. They use ultra-efficient long-life EC motors, which are available with variable-speed control when used with MS2/MS3 controllers.

Thermo-actuated backdraught shutters protect against noise ingress and improved the efficiency of these units.

This fan is part of the GX range, which includes 6 and 9 in models. Steve Mongan, head of marketing, says, ‘The GX range has proved very popular, and the addition of the GX12 EC3 allows it to be specified for larger commercial projects. The GX12 EC3 range complies with and exceeds the requirements of the Building Regulations, which govern ventilation quality, making them ideal for both new-build and retrofit installations.’
