Cast-iron trapped gully bodies are easy to install

Saint-Gobain, cast iron drainage

VortX cast-iron drainage solutions from Saint-Gobain PAM UK include an innovative design of trapped gully bodies that are lighter in weight and easier to install than traditional trapped gully bodies. The P (pictured) and S traps for horizontal and vertical water flow, respectively, require less installation space (180 mm borehole) — reducing installation time and providing a more convenient and compact floor-drainage solution.

The gully bodies have 110 mm spigot outlets and three plugged 2 in BSP inlets that can be installed with or without a standard clamp ring. Non-trapped gullies can be used with a P trap installed in the drainage system.

Designed in accordance with BS EN 1253:2004, the VortX range comprises over 60 components.
