Riello extends monobloc burner range to 12 MW

Riello, burner, boiler

Riello’s RS-RL-RLS range of monobloc low-NOx burners are now available with outputs up to 12 MW with the introduction of two new models. These burners are suitable for gas, light oil or dual fuel. Advanced combustion technology achieves NOx levels conforming to Class 3 EN 676.

Control options include modulating operation using an electronic cam for closer and more-repeatable control of air-fuel ratio. There are also options for variable-speed drive of the combustion-air fan motor to reducing energy consumption and noise. Integration of oxygen trim control maximises combustion efficiency throughout the modulation range.

Ease of installation, commissioning and servicing were key considerations in the design, with easy access to internal components offered by hinged access to the burner head.
