Jaga controls air quality in school classrooms

Jaga, ventilation, space heating
Tempered and controlled fresh air for new classrooms in this south London school is provided by Jaga’s Strada Oxygen Refresh radiators.

Heating and controlled ventilation for six new classrooms at Stockwell Primary School in south London are provided by 12 of Jaga’s Strada Oxygen Refresh radiations. They draw in fresh air through a groove in the wall and warm it as required before delivering into the classroom. The intelligence of the system automatically regulates the air intake to control CO2 levels.

The school is considered inner city, so Jaga worked with an acoustic specialist to ensure that traffic nose would not enter the building through the air inlets.

Heating for other parts of the school with full-height glazing is provided by Jaga’s Mini Freestanding system. A total of 16 Mini Freestanding radiators were installed along corridors on two floors of the school. They are based on the company’s Low-H2O technology.
