Electric hot-water solutions

Dimplex offers a range of nearly 40 models of electric water heaters. They all have features to reduce limescale and corrosion, including stainless-steel elements and tanks. Applicable to commercial and domestic installations, the range includes direct and indirect unvented water cylinders, undersink and continuous-flow water heaters, water boilers for making hot drinks and electric showers. Some models have a guarantee of up to 25 years. In the commercial sector, the SU/SUTP range of electric unvented undersink units has a 10-year guarantee and is of stainless-steel construction for complete corrosion resistance. Six models with capacities up to 15 l provide mains-pressure hot water from a direct connection to the mains supply. For offices, shops and catering facilities, the WB range of wall-mounted water boilers provide a continuous supply of nearly boiling water. At least 27 l/h can be drawn off. Meeting the growing demand for unvented water heaters, the BBA-approved SC range of cylinders gives fast refill and flows up to 55 l/min. There are six sizes of direct and indirect models with storage from 100 to 330 l, or up to 380 l with the optional external expansion unit.
