Boiler temperature sensors

Boilers, DHW, space heating, ATC Semitec, temperature sensor

ATC Semitec offers a series of temperature sensors for use in gas-fired boilers and electric heating appliances. These sensors are also suitable for a variety of temperature-sensing applications where a neat and cost-effective solution is required.

Insertion, screw-probe, push-fit and clip-on sensors are all available with the main thermistor resistance values used in the boiler industry — 5, 10 and 12 kΩ. Both brass and nickel-plated housing are available with 1/8 in BSP gas threads. Integral connectors are based on industry-standard 2.5 mm-pitch terminations.

Pipe-clip sensors are IP67 rated and cover pipe diameters from 13 to 28 mm. They are very simple to install and have a typical response of less than a second. These clip-on sensors are rated for continuous use from -40 to 140°C with an accuracy of ±1 K at 25°C.
