Hot-water cylinders from Remeha

Remeha Commercial, hot water cylinder, DHW

Remeha Commercial’s range of British-manufactured hot-water cylinders comprises 24 models. There are unvented direct, indirect and solar cylinders in capacities from 400 to 2500 l. A range of optional immersion heaters unit is available to provide boost and backup.

These hot-water cylinders can deliver flows of over 100 l/min. Using high-performance coils, they can recover from cold in less than 60 min in optimum conditions.

They are made from Duplex 2205 stainless steel, which has twice the proof strength of 304 and 316 stainless steel. Features include excellent corrosion resistance, resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting.

These cylinders meet all British environmental legislation and regulation standard, as well as EU Directives.

They meet the requirements of HSE Document L8 relating to legionella pneumophilia by having two inspection ports (three on larger models) and three optional destratification loop kits to circulate the hot water and enable pasteurisation.

Operating pressure is 6 bar, and there is 100 mm of insulation. These cylinders are approved and certified by a third party for safety and performance.
