Gewiss exploits the benefits of LED light sources

Gewiss, LED luminaire

The Gewiss Smart[4] LED lighting system is said to have well under half the energy consumption of traditional fluorescent lighting and a payback on investment of 12 months. Smart [4] is described as a fit-and-forget solution that does not require any routine maintenance.

Smart[4] has been engineered for fast and easy installation. Its versatility enables it to be transformed from floodlight to low-bay and high-bay configurations.

These luminaires are designed around LEDs, rather than being conventional fittings with LEDs added.

The range was launched at Light & Building in Frankfurt earlier this year and has received the Socoda Award for its energy efficiency from a leading European network of independent wholesalers.
