Denco opens new factory and headquarters

Denco has moved to a new, purpose-built factory and headquarters near Hereford. The move marks the 60th year of this air-conditioning manufacturer and building-services-engineering company, which has a turnover exceeding £40 million and employs over 500 people worldwide. Managing director Mark Shutler says, ‘Our national and overseas expansion means we were crying out for a truly world-class centre of excellent built to our own specification around which the rest of the company could develop. We needed to move, but we were determined to remain true to our heritage and our roots as a major employer in the Hereford area. The new overall floor area is not dissimilar to that of our previous home, but this new site is better planned and has more room for expansion.’ The new address is Dolphin House, Moreton Business Park, Moreton-on-Lugg, Hereford HR4 8DS.
