By supporting customers directly or through Dean & Wood, Mitsubishi Electric believes it offers the market a service that places the choice with the customer. John Billson, managing director of Dean & Wood, said, ‘It was an easy decision to make to expand our relationship with Mitsubishi Electric, as it has always been a true partnership and the current product line-up is second to none.’ Dean & Wood has 14 branches nationwide and in Ireland, all interlinked through its computer network. Donald Daw of Mitsubishi Electric, said, ‘We are delighted with this agreement because we feel that our relationship with Dean & Wood benefits our customers and gives them a real choice of whether to deal directly with Mitsubishi Electric or through a wholesaler who can bundle equipment with other accessories and fittings.’
