Mansfield Pollard

Building-services company Mansfield Pollard has been named outstanding employer of the year at the 2015 Yorkshire Post excellence in business awards, which saw entries from over 250 organisations. Keys to the success include the company’s focus on personalised learning and development, strong internal communications and formalised processes that enable team members to make input into the development of the organisation and its business.

We have a wonderful team who embrace and help develop the Mansfield Pollard culture. Our continued success is due to our employees’ tremendous commitment.’
