Performance for low budgets — Viessmann’s Vitoplex PV range of boilers.
Viessmann’s steel-tube shell Vitoplex PV boiler achieves a gross efficiency of 84% and is designed for projects with a low budget. Features include wide waterways and a high water content so that forced circulation is not required with the boiler. The high water content also increases operating efficiency by reducing short cycling. Seven models cover outputs from 110 to 620 kW with flow temperatures up to 110°C. The 3-pass heat exchanger can operate on gas or oil. These boilers have compact dimensions, with the largest being 1.5 m high and just over 1 m wide.
