Grooved couplings for stainless-steel pipe

Victaulic, pipe, coupling, grooved

Victaulic offers a grooved pipe-joining system for thin-wall (2 and 3 mm) 304/316 stainless-steel pipe. Called the StrengThin 100 System, its applications include chilled water, cooling, air and potable-water systems.

The system consists of a galvanised rigid coupling with Victaulic’s installation-ready technology. The coupling is rated up to 16 bar and suitable for temperatures from -34 to +121°C. The brand-new groove profile that avoids the risk of pipe flare when couplings are secured.

The rest of the system includes a full line of stainless-steel lightweight fittings and valves.

Sizes range from DN50 to DN150 for pipes with a 2 mm wall and from DN200 to DN300 for pipes with a 3 mm wall.
