Oventrop HIUs serve lifestyle development

Heating and hot-water services for Villiers House, a new development by Spitfire Bespoke Homes in Leamington, are provided by Oventrop twin-plate HIUs (heat interface units). The development is described as offering a lifestyle defined by elegance and quality. Its 40 apartments have primary heating and boosted cold-water services from a central plant room.

The HIUs can provide up to 15 kW of heating and up to 17 l/min of DHW.

The Regudis W-HTU Duo HIUs were specified by consultants Greenway & Partners and installed by Daly Engineering Services. They incorporate hydronic and thermal control of hot-water preparation. The unit has mechanical proportional flow control with potable water authority.
