Hamworthy adds to its BIM library

Hamworthy Heating, boiler, hot water, calorifier, BIM, DHW

Hamworthy Heating has extended its digital drawing library to include 3D Revit models for Powerstock calorifiers and storage tanks (pictured), plus Chesil pressurisation units. Calorifiers are very popular with the company’s customers as an indirect method of generating hot water, so Hamworthy has responded to customer demand by including them in its BIM library. They are available through bimstore.

These latest BIM objects include metadata on size, outputs, efficiencies, dimensions and clearance zones. Users can select optional extras such as recirculation kits to prevent stratification and protect against legionella in water tanks.
