Interserve wins another project at York Uni

Interserve

Interserve has won a £17 million contract to design and build the 3-storey Piazza Learning Centre at the University of York’s Campus East. It will house teaching facilities and learning space and it part of a £27 million scheme on the campus. The new building will be used by the university’s International Pathway College and also provide additional teaching space for Campus East.

This is Interserve’s second project with the university and is due for completion in November 2017. The objective is to achieve a BREEAM ‘Very good’ rating.

John Gittins, divisional director at Interserve, said, ‘We are looking forward to further strengthening our relationship with the University of York as it continues to expand and renew its facilities.’
