Aspen forms partnership with Mitsubishi Electric

Aspen Air Conditioning has become one of the first partners in Mitsubishi Electric’s ‘Business solutions partner’ programme. This scheme was introduced to deliver high standards in equipment supply and workmanship that combines new ways of working efficiently with installers. The programme comprises an agreed set of documented standards for installation, commissioning and aftercare that provides the customer or end user with a professional service and support from a Mitsubishi Electric partner. Aspen has been a Mitsubishi Electric installer since 1986. Its managing director Bruce Cecil says, ‘The need for standards is more important than it ever has been. With our industry constantly changing, our customers’ expectations growing and, most importantly, the changes in the environment, we must be forward thinking and pre-empt the issues affecting our industry.
