Dual-tapped boilers match DHW and heating needs
Featuring two pairs of flow and return tappings capable of providing different flow temperatures, these Keston wall-hung condensing boilers provide an effective means of meeting the DHW and heating requirements of a community centre in Eastbourne.
The conversion of a carpet warehouse in Eastbourne to a community centre is one of the first installations of Keston’s recently launched C90/C110 wall-mounted, modulating gas-fired commercial condensing boilers. Three C90 boilers were specified for the Kings Church Community Centre, which is used by a variety of organisations from children’s playgroups to indoor sports. The boilers supply hot water and radiators, plus three air-handling units. These boilers are unusual in providing two pairs of flow and return tappings for separate connection to heating and hot-water circuits, enabling them to deliver two different flow temperatures at the same time for fast recovery of DHW and a lower temperature for space heating.
